A Fellowship Forged in Discipline, Sustained in Friendship

Founded by the first cohort of Sri Lankan officers and civil officials to graduate from China's National Defence University, the Association has grown into a national network spanning the armed forces, public service, academia, and industry. We exist to keep the bonds formed in Beijing alive at home — through mentorship, policy dialogue, and joint Sri Lanka–China initiatives.
